Terms of use
Last updated: 22 June 2026
In plain words: this site is everyday wisdom, not medical or professional advice. The book is for your own personal use. Be reasonable, and we’ll be reasonable back.
By using this website and anything you buy or download from it, you’re agreeing to the following. It’s short on purpose.
What the content is — and isn’t
Everything here is general, educational writing about letting go, acceptance, and a calmer mind. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for it. If you’re carrying something heavy — depression, trauma, grief that won’t move, thoughts of harming yourself — please reach out to a doctor or a qualified professional. We make no promise of any particular result.
The book and digital products
When you buy the book or a guide, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to read and use it yourself. Please don’t re-sell it, redistribute it, or post the files publicly. The writing is the author’s; the teaching is Tilopa’s, drawn from the Mahamudra lineage.
Refunds
If a digital product won’t download, arrives broken, or isn’t what was described, email us (see Contact) and we’ll make it right or refund you.
Honesty and liability
We’ve written everything in good faith and checked it against the source teaching. Still, to the extent the law allows, the site and its content are provided “as is,” and we’re not liable for how you choose to use them. Nothing here limits any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.
Links out
Where we link to other sites (for example a payment provider or a help resource), we’re not responsible for their content or their policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If something here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
